1. DOCUMENT VALIDITY - Renter assure that all submitted documents are genuinely true and can be held responsible by law, and willing to follow all data verification procedure done by Pondok Lensa .
2. CUSTOMER VERICATION - Pondok Lensa have absolute right to not lending items if renter do not pass data verification from Pondok Lensa, due to any reason.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY - Renter is responsible to take care all rented equipment during rental period, and return all equipment according to rental period and rental agreement. All equipment must be returned in good and complete condition like previously handed over by Pondok Lensa.
4. BROKEN AND LOST - If rented equipment are broken or lost, then renter is responsible to replace the rented equipment with similar items, or pay back according to current market price.
5. RENTAL LIMITATION - Renter is not allowed to lend all rented equipment from Pondok Lensa to another person or third party. If it’s done, then renter is STILL fully responsible for all rented equipment.
6. PAYMENT - Payment is fully settled before or at picking up rented equipment.
7. RENTAL CANCELLATION - Renter is not allowed to cancel all rented equipment due to any reason, if there is cancellation then renter is responsible for cancellation fee as much as 50% (fifty percent) from total rental fee in one day, from each cancelled equipment.
8. DOCUMENT - During rental period, renter is willing to entrust valid official document that is requested by Pondok Lensa. Pondok Lensa will return all documents at the end of rental period or upon item returning.
9. RENTAL CANCELLATION - There is cancellation fee as much as 50% (fifty percent) from total rental fee in one day for all booked equipment if cancellation is done within 24 hours before picking up schedule.
10. RENTAL CANCELLATION - For all booked equipment, if renter do not pick up or communicate with Pondok Lensa maximum 3 hours after booking schedule, then Pondok Lensa have right to cancel all booked equipment. For unpicked items, there will be cancellation fee as much as 50% (fifty percent) from total rental fee in one day for all booked equipment if booking is done more than 24 hours before picking up schedule.
11. VISUAL LABEL - If renter damage or remove Pondok Lensa’s identities such as : barcode, sticker, or any visual label related to Pondok Lensa, then renter is responsible for replacement free as much as IDR 25.000 (twenty five thousand rupiah) for each damaged or removed labels.
12. SOFTWARE - If renter change or add Pondok Lensa’s standard system with software / personal equipment to rented equipment, then any damage to rented equipment will be renter responsibility..
13. RENTAL PERIOD - Basis for rental period is per 24 hours from picking up or booking schedule (whichever comes first).
14. DELAY TOLERANCE - Time limit for delay tolerance in returning equipment is maximum 3 hours, start from time hour in booking schedule or picking up hour at Pondok Lensa.
15. DELAY TOLERANCE - 3 hours delay tolerance is only valid for picking up between 09.00 until 20.00 time of day. If renter do rental transaction above 20:00, then 3 hours delay tolerance is not valid and all equipment must be returned before office closing, or maximum at 23:00.
16. OVERTIME FEE - For delay in returning equipment above 3 hours delay tolerance then it is counted as rental extension and overtime fee is as following :
*. Delay between 3 hours - 6 hours : Extension fee maximum 25% from total rental fee in one day.
*. Delay between 6 hours - 12 hours : Extension fee maximum 50% from total rental fee in one day.
*. Delay more than 12 hours : Extension fee maximum 100% from total rental fee in one day.
